After getting cut between the eyes by an elbow in the third on Friday at TV5, Nam Neurn fought to a very bloody point victory over Chim Dara. Kao Rumchang and Les Turk fought to draw.

At CTN on Saturday, Um Dara faced Ven Sovath and Sen Bunthen faced Voy Sothun. Then the winners of eachof those matches faced each other for a purse of 1 million reil. Um Dara won his first match with an impressive TKO victory in the third round over Ven Sovath. Sen Bunthen TKO’d Voy Sothun in the second. And then Um Dara came very, very close to beating Sen Bunthen.

At Bayon, the 63.5 tournament came to a close with underdog Phal Sophat beating Sarim Vonthon on points for first place, and Pich Arun getting the decision against Kao Bunheng for third.

On Sunday at CTN, Leap Samnang stopped Song Vireak in the 4th with a cut to the chin. Yum Yakeo got the decision over Tot Reachesey. Ai Kosal got knocked out in the second by Sung Soran.

At TV5 Sung Sovan KO’d Song Sitha in the second and Po Vannsak KO’d Aem Vichet in the fourth. At Bayon Khun Makara lost by disqualification to Chang Ratana in the fifth for kicking the downed opponent. It was a bone-headed move. Makara was less than a minute away from winning the fight.
