A great weekend of fights started at TV5 on Friday with Aem Vichet (pictured, red) vs Chan Vireak (blue) and Kao Bunheng vs Khom Boray. Aem Vichet and Chan Vireak had fought twice in January, and both times Vichet came away with the decision. Tonight was no different. In the second match up, veteran Kao Bunheng KO’d Club Eh Phoutang fighter Khom Boray with a knee to the solar plexus in the 2nd.

In Saturday afternoon action at CTN, Sourang Ly dropped a decision to Leap Somnang at 54kg, Ven Sovan KO’d My Sopheap in the 3rd at 67kg, and veteran Pich Arun came back from a first-round knockdown to get a TKO win over Rey Viroth in the 4th at 65kg.

In Sunday action at CTN, Angkor Youth Boxing Club Westen boxer Saeng Ratana picked up a decision over Reth Veasna at 60kg in the undercard. In the three main events, Sung Savon stole a decision from Siem Reap fighter Sek Ratana at 60kg, Sol Say picked up a hard-won decision over Phik Ek at 67kg, and Chhay Sinith lost by decision to Bheut Somkhan.

At TV5, Wan Chan Way muscled out a victory over Heng Samran and Sarim Vonthon got a convincing win over popular veteran Pai Buncheu. Both fights were held at 60kg. A few photos from Chhay Sinith vs Bheut Somkhan and Sarim Vonthon vs Pai Buncheu below the fold.
