Fight night Olympic Stadium

tv-bayon-card.jpg

Bayon TV is sponsoring a night of international fights March 1 at Olympic Stadium.

  • Eh Phoutang vs Adam
  • Ot Phoutang vs Dmitry
  • Nuon Soriya vs Valdet
  • Wan Viva vs Craig Jose

There are supposedly three other Khmer vs Khmer fights on the undercard, but accurate information is just about impossible to come by. I found this poster hanging at Olympic Stadium today, with a Bayon TV booth pumping music and selling tickets, 6,000r, 12,000r and 20,000r. According to the guy selling tickets — or maybe not selling tickets, I didn’t ask; but why else set up a booth, right? — the fights start at 1 pm and are scheduled to go until 6. He did not know who was on the undercard. “Viva fights first,” he said.

I’m pretty sure the Eh Phoutang vs Australian Adam fight is a rematch. Eh lost the first one on points.
