In the first main event on Sunday at TV5, Sung Savon went against Thun Sophan at 60kg. After five hard-fought rounds the decision went to the blue corner, Thun Sophan. In the second main event, crowd favorite Pich Sophan squared off against My Sopheap. Seconds into the first round Sophan showed off his boxing skills, unleashing a flurry of combinations on Sopheap’s head. Near the end of the round another flurry of fists rocked Sopheap again and this time the referee counted eight.
The second round opened the same as the first one ended, with a flurry of hands and an eight-count. Seconds later My Sopheap was back against the ropes and taking a beating, and referee Chay Buncheou jumped in and called a stop to the carnage. Pich Sophan over My Sopheap by TKO in the 3rd.
