Group Fitness Classes
Kun Khmer (Pradal Serey)
Monday, Wednesday; 7-8pm; $6 (includes day pass).
Pradal Serey (kick boxing) classes focus on cardio fitness and striking techniques. Training in 3-minute rounds, students learn the proper mechanics of punching, elbow strikes, knees and kicking. Once the basics are understood, combination techniques follow. Hand wraps are strongly recommended and available for purchase at the gym.
Personal Training
Personal training is available. Qualified instructors provide coaching in martial arts, body building, strength & fitness, and other specialized areas. Please enquire with the desk, or contact Paddy's gym.
